"The numbers just didn’t make sense"
I checked the opens and clicks and they just looked off. Like, give me a break, if the stats aren’t accurate or useful, what am I supposed to do with them? Not really helpful at all...

"Trying to use it with Gmail was such a headache"
I really wanted this to just work with Gmail, but it turned into a whole thing. It kept dropping sync for no clear reason, and then I’d think an email was sent but nope, it was just sitting there as a draft, or some random error would pop up that didn’t really explain anything. I tried clicking through the support links too, but that just felt like being sent in circles without getting anywhere useful. After a while I was just over it. Definitely not worth the hassle for me.

"Support really wasn’t much help"
I ran into an issue with my account, so I reached out to support thinking they’d be able to sort it out. It took forever to hear back, and this is where it got annoying: when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I sent. The response was super generic and didn’t actually fix anything. In the end, I had to figure it out on my own, which was really frustrating. I expected a lot better

"Misleading and kept showing the wrong names"
I was frustrated with this because the wording made it sound like the names would be accurate, but they showed up wrong way too many times. It felt misleading, and after a while I just couldn’t trust what I was seeing.

"I tried the free plan because I…"
I tried the free plan because I wanted to get a real feel for it before deciding whether to pay, but I hit the limits so quickly that I barely had enough time to test the features, see how it fit into my workflow, or figure out if it was actually going to work for me

"Pretty disappointing overall"
To be fair, maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but my experience was bad. Things didn’t really go smoothly, and I left feeling disappointed.

"I used Mailmeteor to send a few…"
I used Mailmeteor to send a few bulk email batches from Gmail, and it was really smooth overall. Most of the emails went out fast, and I didn’t have to deal with any weird setup or confusing steps. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the daily limits can get a bit annoying if you have a bigger list. But for smaller campaigns, it really does the job just fine.
"Pretty Frustrating to Use"
I wanted to like it, but it was just hard to figure out. Maybe it gets easier with time, but my first experience was more confusing than helpful, and that kind of stuck with me

"Not sure I’d trust it with my data"
I don’t know, maybe I’m being a little overly cautious, but I just didn’t feel totally comfortable putting my data here. Something about it made me second-guess whether it was actually secure, so I ended up not wanting to risk it.

"I don’t know why template management feels so messy"
I don’t know why, but managing templates feels way more confusing than it should. I had a hard time figuring out where things were and how to use them, so the whole experience ended up being frustrating.

"Works fine, but setup could be clearer"
The mail merge ended up working okay for me, but the setup felt a little confusing at first. Once I got through it, it did what I needed, but the whole process gave off a bit of a clunky vibe.

"Contact management felt way too messy"
I tried using mailmeteor to manage my contacts, it got frustrating quickly. Updating lists wasn’t as simple as I expected, duplicates were confusing to deal with, and finding the right people took more time than it should have. For what it offers in this area, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the contact lists just felt messy.

"More frustrating than helpful"
I tried mailmeteor because it works with Google Sheets, and I thought it would make sending emails a lot easier. it ended up being annoying. My sheet wouldn’t sync properly, some of the columns didn’t show up the way they were supposed to, and I kept having to refresh or reconnect things. Even then, it still felt buggy. What made it worse was that it wasn’t always clear what I was supposed to do next when something didn’t work, so I felt like I was just guessing half the time. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was a frustrating first experience and mostly just wasted my time.

"Setup Was More Confusing Than I Expected"
I wanted to give mailmeteor.com a fair try, and I’m not saying it’s a bad tool or anything, but the setup felt more confusing than I expected. Some of the steps weren’t super clear to me, and I ended up clicking around quite a bit before I could even get to the point of sending something. Maybe it gets smoother once you’re used to it, and maybe other people won’t have the same issue, but for me the first experience wasn’t great.

"Setup Took Too Long and Wasn't Clear Enough"
I tried setting up a campaign, but the whole process felt way too slow. I kept waiting for things to move along and eventually just gave up. I was also expecting clearer instructions, because I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next...

"Look, Mailmeteor works fine if you just need…"
Look, mailmeteor works fine if you just need basic email automation, like follow-ups or simple mail merges. The setup was easy enough, and I’m not saying it’s a bad tool at all. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do. I just felt like some of the options were a little limited when I wanted more control. For my use, it wasn’t super flexible, but for straightforward stuff, it gets the job done.

"Signing up was easy enough, but the setup…"
Signing up was easy enough, but the setup had me a bit confused at first. I had to poke around and check a few things before it finally started working. It’s okay overall, not amazing, not terrible. Just kind of does what it does.

"The error messages totally derailed my plans"
I was trying to get this done quickly so I could move on with my day, but it just failed out of nowhere and gave me error messages that explained absolutely nothing. I ended up wasting time guessing what went wrong, and it completely threw off my plans.
"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I don’t know, maybe I expected a little more, but it just feels too expensive for something this basic. Like, I get that prices are up everywhere, and I’ve probably been overthinking it a bit, but this really doesn’t seem like the kind of thing that should cost this much.

"I used Mailmeteor for a small email campaign..."
I used Mailmeteor for a small email campaign i thought it was going to be simple, actually, at first I did like how easy it seemed. But then it started acting kind of weird. A few emails didn’t seem to send when I expected them to, and I kept having to go back and double-check everything. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for anything important, I just don’t think I’d trust it
